Me and my best friend went here today for my wedding prep and let me tell you.. it was AMAZING. From the beginning to the very end I felt pampered, and relaxed. I wasn’t thinking about Anything besides relaxation while I was there. My masseuse was extremely professional and very talented. I left there thinking that it is worth every penny. Thank you woodhouse for a day to remember!

I booked a reservation online for the Woodhouse Spa in Dunwoody for Sunday, November 23rd at 11:00 AM. I received a call on Saturday confirming my appointment and asking for my robe and shoe size. I arrived early at 10:55 AM, was greeted and checked in, and a young lady escorted me to the back to change in the locker room. When I opened my locker, neither my robe nor slippers were inside. She then moved me to another locker that had been prepared for a different guest, and handed me my robe and slippers. This left me confused, as I assumed my original locker would have already been set up since they’d confirmed my appointment the day before. After changing, I waited in the relaxation room with tea, water and light refreshments until my massage therapist came to get me for my massage. My session was scheduled for 50 minutes. Chloe instructed me to undress and said she would knock before entering but she was gone for several minutes. When she finally returned, she did not knock and simply walked in, explaining that she had to use the bathroom. While the massage itself was very good and she focused on the areas where I had the most tension, she did not make up the time. My session ended on time even though it did not start on time. After the massage, Chloe stepped out and told me to take my time getting dressed. As I was tying my robe in front of the mirror, she opened the door again without knocking it startle me. I was caught off guard because there was no privacy, and her demeanor in that moment felt abrupt and uncomfortable. When I went to check out, I stood at the counter while two ladies carried on their conversation as if I wasn’t standing there. Another employee who was finishing up with a customer eventually checked me out and asked how my service was. Despite the issues, I still left a tip because the actual massage was good. However, what happened next was the most disappointing part of my visit: a Caucasian couple walked up, and the two women who ignored me instantly stopped their conversation, greeted them enthusiastically, and assisted them right away. That was extremely off-putting. All guests should receive the same level of acknowledgment and respect, regardless of skin color. I’ve been to Woodhouse before and have never had an experience like this, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The Dunwoody location needs to improve on preparation, communication, respecting guest privacy, and providing consistent customer service to everyone who walks through the door.

What a gorgeous and relaxing spa! My children treated me to a spa day and so glad they chose this place. Everything was first class, staff very friendly and all services exceeded expectations. Their robes are so plush , and all the aromas and ambiance were amazing. I enjoyed a massage from Danielle, facial by Svitlana and special hand treatment by Karen - all wonderful. I will be back and highly recommend.

I enjoyed my deep tissue massage from Kristy. She was amazing. 4/5 is only because the “spa” doesn’t have the added amenities such as sauna, steam, or pool. Besides this, the location is perfect and easy to access. The staff were kind, friendly, and inviting. The quiet room is relaxing. I wish the whole space was dimly lit similar to the side room.

I absolutely love coming to Woodhouse Spa! Very clean, lots of refreshments, nice and quiet. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. I’ve been seeing Tatiana for almost a year now, and she is truly the BEST! Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely cared for. My skin looks so much better, and I get compliments all the time. I’m a total makeup girlie, but now I feel confident going without it! Tatiana’s positive spirit makes every appointment feel special — she always makes me feel loved, appreciated, and valued. Highly recommend!
