Corrina was very helpful. She checked all the rodent Traps sprayed for spider and put a treatment on the bed. We weren’t there when she got there. She called me. Carrina has great customer service. I think she needs a raise!

Joshua arrived before the expected time and communicated clearly everything he was going to do. I had some ant mounds that he saw and put treatment on before I could ask. He was done in about 10 - 15 min. Great service and very professional.

Terry did an excellent job! He was through, he patiently explained everything he saw and did to me and made everything make sense, and most importantly he was kind. I appreciated his service and enjoyed his personality. I'm happy to be a Hawx customer if I keep receiving the techs they have been sending lately!
