Great range of equipment and supplements. Music is great and the staff are friendly. Just Needs more ab machines, Towel Services and Member Wifi. The bathrooms could be improved.

Outstanding! The ladies dress up most weeks for the kids (Easter Bunnies, Elf’s, Fairy’s). The kids feel very comfortable in a controlled area. I feel very safe as a parent leaving my son in the crèche.

Great equipment and overall vibe. Amazing staff at the crèche too! They always do such a great job of settling my toddler. He used to be quite difficult to drop off, but he never cries anymore and is always so happy to be there 😊

Friendly staffs But After the renovation, the gym became bad than before. I really miss how it used to be before the renovation. Before the renovation, the Smith machine was positioned in front of the mirrors, allowing me to check my form while training. But now, it has been moved to a corner against the wall, making it impossible to see the mirror, which is really inconvenient. The mirrors used to extend all the way down to the floor, which was perfect for checking foot and knee alignment during squats. Now, they only reach waist height, making them practically useless for anything other than looking at your face. Most of the weight plates are cracked, so no one even knows their exact weight anymore. It seems they all broke because the rubber flooring was removed and replaced with a hard, slippery surface. Whenever people put the plates down, they crack even more. The floor is so slippery that it’s impossible to use proper strength during workouts, and when I complained to the staff, they told me to just use a mattress — which is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope they restore the floor to normal gym standards and replace all the broken weight plates.

The bathrooms are always disgusting. Renovations have started in the gym but never finished, and they haven't even managed to install proper ventilation in the bathroom I chose this gym for the boxing bags, which were removed over three months ago, and every time I ask, no one has any idea after multiples "probably next week" answers. I emailed the manager over a month ago and have received no response. Terrible handling and lack of seriousness when it comes to customer feedback.
