The World Market in West Los Angeles has been a wonderful host for a community of transient unhoused criminals who have been occupying the sidewalk adjacent to its property and using its awning for shelter. These individuals have completely trashed the side walk. They throw objects at pedestrians and have made it nearly impossible to walk in that area. Yet the owner of this building and the management at Cost Plus World Market have taken ZERO steps to remove these violent hostile and destructive transients. Do not shop at this location!! Hold their management and owners accountable for allowing this unsafe unsanitary environment to exist for the past 6 months with zero accountability. If businesses don't take individual action in removing these encampments, it will take the city years to do so. We are residents of a community that pays more than its fairs share in property taxes. We deserve to be able to walk on clean unobstructed sidewalks.

My first time and wow this pace has a lot of cute stuff. I was really suprised to find knock off jadeite. They had really cool varieties of food as well. However, I did not like that all throughout my time there, the employees were staring me down. They came up to me several times to ask if I wanted something, to see if I was finding everything alright, and to direct me to another part of the store for more of the item I was looking at. They constantly stare at you and circle around you. Thw cashier we had was very very rude. I really did enjoy what I saw there, but the employees made it hard to enjoy being there.
