I got to the infrared sauna two times each week. At first I was embarrassed to splurge on myself, but I quickly embraced how amazing I felt during and after each session. I so look forward to my ritual! It's an important date I keep with myself. the space is tranquil, beautifully maintained, and the tea selection is excellent. highly recommend checking out WORTHY!
I had a great experience with first time NMS facial here. The staff were really sweet and patient, explaining everything so thoroughly. It was an unusual new experience but I was well prepared by staff and really felt it working, during and afterward! Gorgeous studio with a top notch vibe.
Wow… what a glorious place! I walked in and they greeted me by name. While I waited, I sat with my room-temp water they offered and enjoyed reading their journal full of handwritten notes from other clients, which I loved. Then they gave me a little tour, and honestly, I was blown away. They have all of these high-end tools and treatments that make your body and soul feel completely refreshed. I am going for the lymphatic drainage next, or maybe the cryoskin treatment....yea, probably that one! Funny enough, it was actually their Facebook ad that caught my eye cause it is super well done, and it totally delivers on the owner's promise. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You’ll walk out feeling absolutely WORTHY of every all they offer!
I’m so happy to share my experience with this incredible place. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am that a friend recommended Worthy Self-Care Studio to me a few months ago. At the time, I was in a dark and overwhelming place and knew I needed to slow down and focus on my wellbeing. I was immediately drawn to their infrared sauna, as I’d experienced its benefits before and knew how powerful it could be for relaxation and detox. Since August, I’ve been doing the 50-minute sessions a couple of times a month, and I can honestly say I feel like a completely different person afterward. It’s as if I’ve released all the negativity—both my mind and body feel lighter, calmer, and renewed. I’ve also tried the red light therapy, which has done wonders for my skin, and the NMS Facial, where I saw visible results after just one session. The staff at Worthy are truly exceptional—warm, caring, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. The studio itself is serene and beautifully designed; you can feel the peaceful energy the moment you walk through the door. If you’re looking for a place to heal, recharge, and reconnect with yourself, Worthy Self-Care Studio is it. I can’t recommend it enough. Five stars, without a doubt!
I absolutely love Worthy Self-Care! I discovered it while looking for a place that offers lymphatic drainage, and the Restore package has been perfect. I go a couple of times a week and enjoy the combination of lymphatic drainage and red-light therapy. It's such a calm, welcoming space and the perfect dose of "me time." I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and truly restored. The staff are professional, informative, courteous, and always make me feel welcome.
