Had a great experience with Wrenches Automotive. Danielle and the team were professional, honest, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They took the time to properly diagnose my Infiniti, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Even though the issue turned out to be something they don’t specialize in, they were upfront about it and provided detailed documentation to help me move forward with another shop. The diagnostic was thorough, fairly priced, and done quickly. Really appreciated the transparency and customer service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic in Calgary.

I had a little problem with my jetta that both headlights had gone out Danielle. The lady that answered the phone took it upon herself. And she talked to the tech, and they made suggestion. As that both headlights had probably burnt out at the same time or something. Because the tech said he'd seen it before. I changed the headlights, and now I'm all good. So thank you to Danielle, for actually checking into it for me. Thank you.

Nice knowing there are still honest mechanics out there! I’ve been a customer for years and always happy with the prompt service, customer care and honesty. I never get told I need a new “Johnson Rod” plus a “Flux Capacitor” to drive up the bill. Thanks for all the years of great service!!

The best and most honest mechanic in all of Calgary. Jay treats your car well, provides excellent service and he won’t unnecessarily up charge you for services you don’t need. And most importantly, they take American Express, a rare find in Canada. Customer service is great. They have a little puppy 🐶 that greets you as you enter the door.
