Really disappointed with the smash burger, very plain no caramelised onion on it and the bun was really cold, 2nd review. Issue was resolved quickly and satisfied with the kind response from management, Tried again and enjoyed the food thoroughly.

Took 15 mins to make, not too bad. Got the quad 3oz angus meal. Took a bite, odd sweet taste. all 4 patties were RAW, pink, very mushy and this was were this sweet taste was coming from. The fries were decent but lacked taste.

UPDATED REVIEW AFTER READING OWNERR RESPONSE: I came here on Saturday, 2nd August, at roughly 10.45pm with a friend, and happened to bump into 2 friends whilst there - so in total, there were 4 of us. No one else was in the queue at this time except us four. For my order ( between 2 of us ), i ordered a doner pocket meal and a mega pocket meal. This came to a whopping £23 for two meals, so in expecting something decent. Food came for all 3 of the lads, except mine. Took 20 minutes to serve theres, and mine took 30 minutes to arrive. So, already starting off on a negative as you got me sat there watching the boys munch up. Remember, no one else was ahead of us the queue at the time we placed the order. It's the worst experience at any place when everyone's food arrives except for one person, especially when you all placed the order at the same time. That's negative -1000 Aura points right there, as Gen Z would say. Once my food arrived after 10 minutes, it was an additional 5 minutes for the fries because they forgot. Mind you - they're using some proper dead quality fries. The two young chaps working there are truly struggling to handle the heat of the kitchen. You know Chef Ramsay would say - if you can't hand the heat, then get out. I can give you some tolerance if there was only 1 person, but there were 2 of yous and it still took the mick. I had the 'naga' donner pocket. It had no 'kick' to it. The whole reason i chose Naga is because it has a kick, so this defeated the purpose. A had a decent amount of donner left over, and it was so dead it wasn't even worth me taking home and eating later. I sampled Harrisa - it was good. I sampled achari - taste too feint. Seating wise - very poor. Because the little canopy has holes in it. This meant water came flying down these holes randomly, went all the way into my back and clothes, lol. between the 4 of us, we must've spent a good £50 plus. Was it worth the time and the wait? The answer is no. All in all, the boys weren't too happy. Update response to owners' comments: 'raise it up with the staff' 1) they knew they messed up and took accountability they were apologetic, so you can't press this. Fairplay for taking accountability, at least! 2) You say im a 'serial negative reviewer' hence trying to suggest I am dishonest or insincere. In my life, i have been to 1000s of food places, but I have probably left less than 20 negative reviews. The way human psychology works is that if something is up to normal standard, you won't say much because that is what you are expecting. But if it sub par - you will speak. The saying is 'no news is good news'. So, any place i have left a bad review has genuinely been bad. Statistically speaking, i can not be labelled a serial bad reviewer when comparing how many places i have been to vs. how many bad reviews i have put up. To suggest insincerity on my end is a way to avoid accountability and deflect. I am always willing to give a place another chance, and i have done this in the past - this is a sign of sincereity. I then update my review if applicable. Everyone deserves a second chance.

The Angus beef pocket was just amazing. The BBQ donner mix with fries is probably the best sides I've had so far. And to end it all, the service was impeccable. If you haven't been, I highly recommend asap.
