I am very particular about my pups, I have an 11.5 year old and a 1.5 year old. As you can imagine their needs are very dynamic. I would not trust anyone as much as I trust yardstick. I can travel in peace knowing that not only are my babies safe they are having fun! When my older pup needed meds and a cone they had no problem accommodating, highly recommend. ❤️
I boarded my dog for the first time here, and they were incredible! They were so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I loved the photo updates while I was on a trip, definitely calmed my worries!! I could tell my dog had an amazing time too. Her tail was wagging in every photo, lol! I highly recommend them and I will be back.
I can’t say enough good things about Yardstick Design District. They have helped my rescue pup come so far with his socialization. He has stayed for boarding and regularly attends doggie daycare. You can just tell they love your dog and that they will be in good hands. You also get pictures throughout the day. 10/10 recommend!
My dog Chief loves Yardstick! I frequently board him overnight at this location (2-3 nights, about once a month). Chief has a pretty complex combination of medications for anxiety/OCD that need to be administered with food in a specific way so naturally I have my own anxieties when taking him somewhere to be boarded overnight. The staff at Yardstick always follows feeding/medication instructions with so much care and they give constant updates throughout his stay. I'm so happy I've found a safe, fun place to take him! Not every dog is copy/paste or low maintenance and it's nice that I can trust that the staff at Yardstick actually cares/listens to each individual dog's needs.
I had to switch doggy daycares because of a disappointing experience, and Yardstick welcomed me and my large breed pup with open arms! Not only are their facilities immaculate but with the amount of welcomed updates I get, I know my dog is safe and living her best life with her doggy friends. The staff is all so caring and friendly! Henry, in particular, has been so helpful and is a calm, kind presence that I know my wild girl loves to be around. You can tell he loves his job and the pups he gets to work with! Such a great daycare to send our dog to when we both work long hours! Plus, on top of lunch, they offer cute little treats!
