I interviewed three estate agents when selling my flat and although it’s tempting to go with the bigger, more familiar names, I decided to go with Yates Hellier and am very glad I did. They are extremely professional while being straightforward, honest and friendly, their communication is excellent, and in-house photographs and video are first-rate. It’s clear that everyone works together as a team and is knowledgable about the property - there is a group WhatsApp that is incredibly useful.
