Some of the staff here are unfriendly. One staff member responded to my inquiry by making dismissive sounds and behaved very rudely toward me. There are many kind and helpful employees at this facility, but encounters like this unfortunately damage its overall image.

Love my Y! Childcare is great, the play area is the best I have seen at any YMCA. I love all the programs. The gym has the EGYM machines which are a total game changer for me. The women's locker room has a good number of bathrooms and showers. The showers have their own private changing space when you get in and out, which is a big deal for me. Showers are always hot and good pressure. This Y does a great job keeping clean. Everyone is wonderful, all the staff are friendly. Can't say enough good things. Perfect for families.

Twin Lakes YMCA truly feels like a family center where everyone comes together to pursue their fitness goals. Even though we come from different backgrounds, the simple greetings and warm smiles exchanged make you feel connected and eager to return. The environment is always clean and welcoming, the staff are supportive and fellow members are warm. The exercise equipment is state-of-the-art, and there’s more than enough variety to meet every need. My favorite offer is the Child Watch area; it gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are cared for while I work out, without any extra cost. I also love the variety of programs available for children, which makes it a place that truly supports the whole family.

Massive and with more amenities than we could have imagined. Our child had so much fun in the day care while my wife and I worked out. Great classes, big pool, showers, and even a movie theater that you can use a treadmill or bike while watching a movie. Even had a gaming room for the teenage kiddos. Incredibly glad we signed up our family.

My 11 year old grandson and 9 year old granddaughter both play in a youth basketball league at the Y! Very well ran and a great facility. They also played in a flag football league that had a very well kept field and very organized. Totally a great family vibe.
