My husband Kelly and I had the absolute pleasure of continuing our yoga practice while on holiday in Melbourne. Before arriving in Melbourne, I had searched online to find a yoga studio that would be similar to our yoga studio back home. Yoga LYFE’s philosophy matched Live Yoga’s’, the studio we practice at, perfectly. We met Denise at our first class and was instantly drawn to her warmth and welcoming personality. We had a fantastic class with her and were able to get a second class with her before our holiday was over. We practiced with other instructors, who were wonderful and welcoming as well. Yoga LYFE is a gem and if we lived in Melbourne, this would be our studio! Each instructor bring their own unique style to their class and are very knowledgeable and experienced teachers. The abundance of bolsters, mats, blocks etc are available for each student to enhance their practice. We have been practicing yoga for over 12 yrs now, and without a doubt, would highly recommend this beautiful studio with Denise and her wonderful team of experienced teachers. Thank you for welcoming us into your studio. The light in me honours the light in you. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️

Yoga Lyfe is a gem. The owner, Denise is so welcoming and warm. She makes you feel at home. I've hosted an event here and had a wonderful experience with her and her lovely team. The studio hosts top calibre events and classes. If you want to experience authentic Yoga that deeply respects the lineage and traditions, then this is your studio. I had the recent opportunity to attend a workshop with my dear teacher, world renowned Meditation and Yoga Philosophy teacher Carlos Pomeda. What a treat! Thank you! 🙏🏽❤️

Yoga Lyfe is an inviting, inclusive family who make connecting easy because they live and breathe joy. Having enrolled for a weekend of learning with our revered Yoga teacher Carlos Pomeda, the rigour of a 7 hour drive from Canberra, melted into the welcoming hugs of Denise and Rosie. They both introduced me to Yoga Lyfe members all excited for the impending Satsang with Carlos. The studio bubbled with expectation. And what a night! Rich with knowledge, insight, humour and Kirtan. Thursday night unfolded into a weekend of learning and practice on the virtues of three Devi, identifying their presences within us. The intellect of Saraswati; the abundance of Maha Lakshmi, and the dissolution of Kali. While all powerful studies, embodiment for me came through Lisa's message of self care in my first down dog in 6 months. I took her words, softened into my injury to feel strength return as joy replaced fear. ❤️ So grateful to Natasha for alerting me to the workshop with our dear teacher Carlos; and the oasis; teachers and family who are Yoga Lyfe, who embraced us to find the sacred essences of the Devi within. I was introduced to Yoga Lyfe on a recent visit to Melbourne. Every class here is an invitation to stretch, to expand, to open, to lean in, to dive deep, to nourish, to caress, to hold, to explore all your pieces. Meditation with Nataraj gave me a place to rest from the noise of life's distractions. Nataraj is a gift. His voice rings & sings a confidence & trust that can lead you to those quiet depths of yourself. Gentle Flow with Denise revealed my physical challenges and shone a light on how I might hold that gently, without judgement, in love & kindness. Thankfully Yoga Lyfe offers online classes so I can continue Living Meditation with this beautiful community wherever I am. Deepest gratitude, appreciation & Belly laughs 💚💜🙏💜💚

10/10 YOGA STUDIO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re around Middle Park and looking for a yoga studio - look no further! I’ve been coming back here for years now, and it really is a home away from home. Such a beautiful and well presented studio, the owner Denise is just so welcoming - you’ll walk out with a smile and this translates as a core throughout the entire team and teachers! YogaLyfe got lots of offerings besides a variety of yoga, yin and meditation you’ll find events, guest teachers, kirtan, breathwork, sound healing, yin immersions, workshops, seasonal ceremonies, womens circles, community meetups, you name it! Worth a visit for a drop in class - you won’t regret it. ✨
