Genuinely amazing environment and culture to be around. I was incredibly nervous to show up for the first time, but Maggie and Dean welcomed me with open arms and persuaded me to stay. 60+ classes and run clubs later and it's still one of the best decisions I've ever made. They're not the only ones: Stacy, Dana, and others have all been extremely awesome and deserve as much credit as possible. Everyone here treats you like family, and I can't be more thankful for how much they've helped me change as a human. Highly recommend joining this community.
My favorite place in Raleigh! YogaSix has an amazing studio, energizing class formats, and instructors who make you want to keep going. Special shoutout to Dean, Coral, and Kimberly - love sharing space with and learning from you every week! Beyond that, YogaSix has cultivated an incredible community that I am so grateful to be a part of. Maggie is so welcoming to every new student. She makes sure they have everything they need to have a great experience in class as well as the opportunity to get plugged into other community events. The run club here has been the source of so many great friendships and a support system that lifts you up when you’re down and cheers you on for every win. Im so happy I found myself here :)
I absolutely love going to Dean’s Restore class every Monday after Run Club. When I first joined Run Club, I was a little hesitant. I was definitely worried I’d be left behind or couldn’t keep up. But once I finally went, I had the best experience. The run club is so welcoming and supportive, and it’s kept me coming back for over a year now. The people truly make it such a wonderful community. I feel like I’ve found my own little corner of Raleigh at YogaSix.
My sister and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to try a nearby studio since we both have very little yoga experience. We took the Yoga & Sculpt class, and it was heated and absolutely amazing! Coral did such a great job leading the class - her instructions were clear, the flow was easy to follow, and she encouraged everyone throughout without making it feel intimidating. We left feeling strong, relaxed, and so glad we went. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re new or experienced!
YogaSix on Glenwood South is such a welcoming and energizing studio! The atmosphere is modern, clean, and inviting, perfect for any level of yogi. A special shoutout to Stacy Logan, who is hands-down the best instructor. She makes every class accessible, fun, and inspiring, with amazing playlists that flow perfectly with the movements. Stacy’s energy and encouragement always make me look forward to coming back. Highly recommend her classes and this studio.
