I took my first class last night at YogaSix with Erin. It was great! She communicated well and was happy to help anyone who needed it. I liked that she walked around during the class, which didn’t isn’t the norm at other yoga places. The studio was clean and welcoming and I look forward to coming to another class soon!

The restore class at Yoga Six was amazing. Dr Theo did a great job making me feel welcome as it was my first time there. He explained the poses and used great verbal cue throughout the entire class. Also prompted what might be coming next so I could be prepared. I would defiantly recommend and will be going back

I recently took a heated yoga class with instructor Dana at YogaSix St. Petersburg, and it was an absolute standout experience! Dana is an incredible teacher—she guided the class with clear, thoughtful instructions that made every pose accessible and comfortable, no matter your skill level or experience with yoga. She offered modifications throughout, so beginners felt supported while more advanced practitioners could challenge themselves. The studio itself is spotless, welcoming, and has such a positive vibe from the moment you walk in. The sign-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff (shoutout to Nichole—she was especially warm, helpful, and made me feel right at home) are genuinely friendly and professional. Everything about this place gets 10/10 from me—the facilities, the energy, the instruction, and the overall sense of community. If you’re in the St. Pete area and looking for a modern, inclusive yoga spot, this is it. I’ll definitely be back for more classes with Dana and the team! Highly recommend!

This was a phenomenal experience! I went to a hot yoga flow with Yogi Taylor and it was miraculous. The energy was calm and grounding, and the practice was quite forming showing the form of the movements. I enjoyed the clean bright space. The staff was friendly and awesome! I’m def coming back!!

The studio is clean and beautiful. I’ve mostly attend Hot Yoga with Erin S. I can’t say enough good things about her and her classes. She teaches at a challenging yet enjoyable pace. I always leave feeling better and her playlists, chef’s kiss! Nathalie, at the front desk is genuinely sweet and friendly. Theo’s classes are great which offers a more clinical and knowledge approach. Parking is also very easy.
