I am a huge fan of the Yoga Spot. When I originally moved to Gilbert, it took me a while to find a studio that was welcoming and gave me that “homey” feeling. This studio did just that. I’ve been practicing for about 15 years and there is something so special when you find a community that’s embodies the energy your soul craves. I continue to recommend this studio to anyone who asks about yoga practice.
YogaSpot has quickly become my favorite place for yoga! Each class has been a great experience. The instructors are awesome, the classes are challenging but doable and the front desk is always friendly and welcoming! I didn’t know how much I would love Hot Yoga! I look forward to attending every class I can get to!
YogaSpot is one of the best yoga studios I’ve visited around the Phoenix/east-valley area, the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The variety of classes (hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, sculpt/HIIT-yoga combos) makes it easy to find something for whatever I’m looking for, whether I need a vigorous workout or a calming stretch. The space is clean, modern, and well-equipped (with amenities like lockers, showers, and wellness features), and instructors are friendly and patient, helping both beginners and seasoned yogis find their flow. I always leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and energized. If you want a well-rounded yoga experience with a good community vibe, YogaSpot is a top pick.
I have been coming for several years, have tried different types of their classes, and l love them all. Guests I’ve brought along too also enjoyed! Yogaspot also has a Sauna, Plunge, and juice & drink bar, and it’s convenient and nice if you need to shower after or get ready for work. The hot yoga & hot vinyasa flow classes are my favorite experiences, I’ve also tried heated Pilates and yin with sound bowls. I’ve had Morgan, Kaci, Christi, Lisa, Marina, Shi, Karla, Desaree, kalina, and Jessica as instructors and all were great and offered modifications for all levels. It’s such a peaceful place to retreat to from a busy, on-the-go life. Thanks for being my favorite yoga spot!
I never thought I’d be a lover of hot yoga, my first class at another studio, I actually had to step out! I gradually kept doing warm yoga (85/90) at other studios, and eventually I worked my way up to this. I love the calming lavender towels during savasana, creative teacher flows, and the combined Vin to Yin class format. I’ve been coming to YogaSpot for a while now now. They offer such a wide variety of classes, with both early-morning and later options that make it easy to fit yoga into any schedule. The teachers and staff are always friendly, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for a studio that balances great energy with thoughtful instruction, YogaSpot is it. Highly recommend!
