Excellent Service at Yorkshire Mobile & Computer! Today I've visited Yorkshire Mobile & Computer with two iPhones needing repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! First, I brought in my iPhone 13 mini for a battery replacement. I had purchased my own battery from eBay, and Mahmood was incredibly accommodating. He was very professional and clearly explained the risks associated whit the battery replacement that is not very simply and there is 70% risk to damage the screen, which I really appreciated and take the Risk! I've mentioned that I've Trust Him! He certainly knows his stuff! Next up was my iPhone XS, which needed a screen replacement. Again, I had sourced a genuine screen online, and Mahmood handled it with the same level of expertise. From start to finish, everything was "pish pash posh" – quick, efficient, and perfectly executed. Mahmood is not only very good at what he does but also highly professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Yorkshire Mobile & Computer for any phone repairs!

I came to this shop when a fingerprint sensor failed on my phone. I was greeted by Mahmood who was very friendly. I've explained the problem and Mahmood straightway suggested few things what could've been a problem. First he suggested to do a full phone backup and do a factory reset to rule out a software problem. We've agreed that, I'll do that at home and if it fails he will replace the fingerprint sensor (for a very reasonable price!). I came back to the shop on Saturday (as factory reset didn't solve the problem) and left my phone with Mahmood. I think within an hour he called me back and said that it was fixed. He showed me the failed component and explained the reasons it has failed. He's clearly very good at what he is doing with ton of knowledge and very friendly attitude.
