We had an excellent experience from start to finish with You Move Me moving my brothers 2 bedroom 1000ft2 condo. The customer service was a cut above the rest! Even their AI phone system was easy to communicate with (unlike some that can be highly frustrating) and genuinely helpful, which was refreshing and better than waiting on hold. We used their packing and moving services, and the entire move was seamless, efficient, and handled with great care. The movers were exceptionally polite and respectful throughout the process and checked in with us along the way about the items being packed. We received a quote first (they stopped by and provide one on site), and it was actually less than expected for a full pack-out and move. There were no surprise extra charges at the end either. It was well- worth every penny using their services and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Happy to recommend them to anyone!

I hired You Move Me for packing and moving services for our relocation from Vancouver to Toronto. Our belongings were stored in a container for seven months. When the container was opened this past week, we were extremely disappointed by what we found. Our very expensive headboard, less than a year old, was unwrapped and pushed directly against the wall, despite assurances that all furniture would be wrapped in blankets. We paid $15 per blanket and nearly $3,000 for packing and wrapping services, yet several items were left unprotected. Ironically, we found unused moving blankets placed on top of boxes, serving no purpose. Multiple boxes were damaged, including one clearly labeled “Fragile – Do Not Pack on Top,” which had been completely squished. There is clear photographic evidence of how everything was found upon opening the container. What is most frustrating is that You Move Me is still questioning the damage, despite this evidence. Our headboard is torn, marked, and dented, yet they are only offering repair quotes from vendors of their choosing (meaning the cheapest repair price possible.)This is unacceptable, especially since the company we purchased the headboard from provides their own authorized repairs. To add contrast, we hired a different moving company to unpack the container. They charged a fraction of the price and were professional, careful, and extremely thorough. Based on our experience, I do not recommend You Move Me. The service did not match the cost, and the response to legitimate damage has been deeply disappointing.

We had an excellent experience with You Move Me! From start to finish, the move was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. Our movers, Shane and Jesse, were outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They handled everything with care and precision, and we were especially impressed that the entire move was completed with zero damage to our townhouse or our items. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made a big difference on what can usually be a very hectic day. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend You Move Me, especially Shane and Jesse, to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch moving company. Thank you for such a great experience!

Really positive move experience. Grace was very delightful in booking the move. The movers that arrived onsite were respectful, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a fantastic experience moving today. Aaron and Brandon were absolutely amazing , they arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and handled everything with such care. They worked super efficiently and finished the move even faster than estimated, which meant the final cost came in under the original quote (a great bonus!). On top of that, they were friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move.And they even gifted me a lovely housewarming plant. I would highly recommend You Move Me to anyone, and I’ll definitely be using them again for my next move.
