I started working with Sebastian because I had never been to the gym before, and with age I noticed my muscles weakening, so I decided it was time to start strength training. A friend recommended him, and he helped me get familiar with the gym equipment, taught me proper technique, and gave me solid foundations to train on my own. Highly recommended!

Sebastian is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, he works with you to tailor a programme based on what you want to achieve, and provides a range of exercises to suit your specific needs based on your fitness level and gym experience. On top of all of that, he is also very friendly and engaging! I recommend highly, and have done so already.
As a complete beginner to weight training (or indeed any sort of activity beyond lifting a glass) I was really nervous about taking on this challenge. I needn’t have worried. I’m now on my second month of training and Sebastian has given me what I thought was impossible at the grand age of 54- motivation. The sessions fly by and there is no time for boredom- huge variety which pushes me but not so much that I lose hope. He tailors the sessions so well- pushing me steadily but reading the room at the same time so it’s hard- but not impossible. I am already feeling a big difference in both my overall fitness and strength. Sebastian’s patient and good humoured approach is so encouraging even when he is making me do things I don’t want to do like the “farmer’s walk”. It’s the first time I have been motivated to exercise- and that’s because I’m seeing results. A commitment like this is worth every penny and I would recommend him without hesitation. I have a long way still to go but - I can’t believe I’m writing this- it’s actually kind of fun! I shall post another review once the goddess I deserve to be has fully emerged!
