Professional, Patient, and Powered by “Sugar Foot Energy” If excellent customer service were an Olympic sport, the ladies at Zales in Citadel Crossing would be taking home GOLD 🥇. My favorite team Sugar Foots 1, 2, 3, and 4 treated me and my husband like VIPs from start to finish. They gracefully rolled with us from case to case (no rushing, no pressure, no side quests helping 10 other customers at once). Just pure focus, patience, and professionalism. They gave us our time, answered every question, and made sure every selection felt right. Yes, we laughed. Yes, we took our time. And yes we walked out happy and confident in our purchase. That’s what happens when knowledgeable professionals actually care about the customer experience. Zales, protect these ladies at all costs they are a whole vibe AND a whole standard of excellence. 💎👏

Great experience! Walked in to have rings inspected and sent to be dipped. Linda worked with me to do 5 separate rings! She was very patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend Zales for a warm experience and great customer service.

wow, this Zales is incredible! I must say we originally purchased a ring online and picked it up in the store. (in the future, we will only buy our jewelry from Maria or Libby!) We’ve always brought the ring this location to be cleaned and serviced. Libby and Maria are fantastic, they always take great care of us. They recently helped us navigate a very difficult situation because we did not have any of our paperwork or warranty information when we needed the ring repaired. Maria was so very patient and helpful when one thing wouldnt work she would find another way. she called multiple stores to make sure that we could get the perfect replacement! She just kept trying until she was able to resolve the problem. Maria went above and beyond to help us. Maria was kind and patient. It was obvious that she truly cared, and she even acknowledged that she realized how much the ring meant, and she was doing everything she could to help us! Libby offered her assistance as well to make sure together they could help us get the ring that meant so much to us back as quickly as possible! literally three days later, I received a call that the store had received the ring, and it was ready for us to check the sizing and make sure the ring was just as perfect as ever! and of course, when I got to the store, Libby was there with her friendly smile and willingness to help! Unfortunately, I did not get to see Maria that day .If you are looking for a ring, you have to come to Zales across from the Citadel Mall and ask for Libby or Maria. I mean it when I say they are incredible, patient and listen to the guest! Thank you, Maria and thank you, Libby for being amazing at your job and going above and beyond to help us!

Libby and Maria were awesome to work with! They provided excellent customer service, and Libby went above and beyond to help us with an issue I had with my ring. I left feeling very satisfied and happy. Thanks ladies! I look forward to future visits with you both! :)
