We had such a great experience at this Zales, and it was all thanks to the store manager, Sarah. She was kind, easy to talk to, and went out of her way to help us. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed and made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers. My partner and I stopped in to get clarity on some ring ideas and Sarah helped us so much. She listened, showed me different styles, and explained everything without any pressure to buy. I’m always nervous to go in to jewelry stores because I don’t necessarily know the technical terms or specifications of styles of rings. I never felt nervous once when speaking to Sarah, she was funny and super easy to talk to. I walked out feeling way more sure about what I want, and it was honestly because of her. She was phenomenal!

I had a wonderful experience at Zales at Weberstown Mall in Stockton. I was helped by Sarah Lewis today, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had an appointment to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned. She took her time inspecting each pieces of my jewelry and she cleaned them with care. And she always made sure that my paperwork were in order for each pieces of my jewelry. I never felt rushed during my appointment with Sarah. She went above and beyond the call of duty to give exceptional customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry store thanks to the new store manager, Sarah Lewis. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so helpful to my sister and I. We both went in to the store to have our jewelry cleaned and Sarah greeted us both with a huge smile. She took the time to review the jewelry that I had previously purchased over the years, so I knew what items were covered under the diamond and medal warranties. She took the time to look up the information that I needed, shared her knowledge, and never once made me feel rushed. Her focus was on me and what I needed. She truly went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. That is why I wanted to make sure to write this review. Thank you, Sarah!
