I had a great experience at Zap Lube & Car Wash in Newark. The service was quick, the staff was professional, and they did a thorough job. I went in for an oil change and a car wash, and both were handled efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the team was friendly and knowledgeable. Meh , water marks left all over my side window. Paid for the most expensive package and doesn’t include mat cleaning so had to go back to pay for those. Subpar vacuuming of the back seat.

They never dry your car well, there would be streaks by the time you get home and they also dont clean the inside very well either. Once I get home I have to wet my car and dry it properly to remove the streaks. This isnt the first time this happened but it is the first time I took a photo of it.

This was the best place I have been to ever! My patrol truck looked like it was new from Chevy... They do a amazing job for the cost. Above and Beyond what I paid for!!. I wish they had locations in Orlando Florida!!
