I have taken my granddaughter there lots of times is basically fun for all family members come on who doesn't like laser tag I love it. anyway come on down and try it out if you don't like it you don't have to go back if you do like it you'll be back Lol

Let me just start by saying “PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!” I called the Taylor location upset with the terrible customer service I received from the Farmington Hills, MI location. I was a desperate Mom trying to make sure my little boys birthday wasn’t totally cancelled by a snow storm. Chris answered the phone. He was informative, courteous, and professional. He apologized for the poor service I received at the other location and immediately begin to offer a remedy. We arrived and were greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. Mike (the manager) made sure that my family received good deals, in effort to enjoy everything. They had to offer. In return I spared no expense. I purchased 5 or 6 wristbands, tons of food, and socks for my children to enjoy the attractions. THE FACILITY WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. They checked on us throughout our visit and made sure my baby enjoyed his 6th birthday. Their hospitality was top notch! I live no where near this location but they have gained customers for life. We are definitely making this our weekly family outing as soon as the weather breaks!

Zap Zone is always a blast! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the games kept my kid smiling for hours. Perfect spot for families who want safe, energetic fun without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about Zap Zone in Taylor! We’ve done all our kids' birthdays there, and the VIP package is absolutely the way to go. The games are amazing, the place is spotless, always clean and fresh, never any of that gross feeling after you leave. The food is actually really good, and the staff is phenomenal, super helpful and friendly. The kids have a blast every single time, and the variety of activities is just awesome: laser tag, jungle gym, mini golf, virtual reality, and so much more. The machines are always new, and they keep bringing in cool stuff. I’ve even won a life-size Ninja Turtle and my brother a PS5 from the games there, which is now in our game room at home! It’s always safe, fun, and honestly, we end up playing as much as the kids do. Highly recommend it!

This was our very first time stepping into Zap Zone, and I have to say I loved the bright lights, the games, and the overall welcoming vibe—it really felt fun and inviting. My son had an absolute blast, and I even captured some great moments of him enjoying himself. The only downsides: he had his eye on a Batman prize, but it cost half a million points (which felt pretty ridiculous). Also, my 13-year-old—who usually loves pizza—actually complained that theirs was greasy and soggy, and shockingly told me he preferred my homemade soup instead! That really says a lot. Overall, though, it’s a fun spot for family entertainment, just be ready for pricey prizes and pizza that might not impress.
