I’m kinda disappointed with my initial experience at Zenith Nail Lounge. I paid $190+ for a fill-in, replace one nail and gel pedicure, and unfortunately the service felt rushed from the beginning. The nail technician also had a slight attitude during the appointment, which made what was supposed to be a relaxing self-care experience uncomfortable. I showed an inspiration photo of the design I wanted before the service started, but the final result does not reflect the level of detail shown in the reference. The rainbow lines on several nails are uneven and thicker than expected, the white French tips are not symmetrical, and the design placement varies from nail to nail, which makes the set look rushed rather than intentional. For nearly $200, I expected much more precision, consistency, and a better customer experience. The pedicure design was also very minimal compared to the price paid.
