The wife and I booked this and it was amazing, booking process was simple. Massage was incredible actually relieved lower back pain that I've had for months. well worth your time and money! ( if your cold natured, bring a blanket!)

These are NOT your typical mall massage chairs! They stretch your body by pulling your legs and pushing into your back, and they’re incredibly relaxing. You can adjust the intensity from gentle to deep, and the chair conforms to your height well. It doesn’t really target the front of the body or the calves, and the room decor is a bit budget-looking, but nothing major. The room is easy to use if you’re even slightly tech-savvy, there’s an Alexa for your own music or calming sounds, and the door locks automatically for privacy (with a security camera). It’s also pretty clean, and they have many Lysol wipes available. Going at night was especially awesome. The indoor pond and quiet vibe in the building’s lobby made it extra relaxing. 10/10! Don’t forget a blanket and sleep mask (or a beverage)!

Tried Zero Gravity Massages for the first time today. My wife had gotten me a gift certificate as a christmas gift. I was nervous and apprehensive about trying something new. I love a good massage so I was skeptical at best. The staff was very helpful getting started and getting things set up. He made sure we were comfortable with our surroundings and comfortable with the machine. The overall Massage was mostly pleasant, it does take some getting use to. The foot roller and stretches were my personal favorite. I did learn some of the manual functions and was able to play around with settings. I never quite got the exact spot I wanted but I think that's more about where my pain is in my upper back. I did like that the timer paused while I was adjusting settings so you dont lose time on your total Massage time. I do think we will return and try again, I know we will be more comfortable and more prepared. I would recommend going atleast once to experience it, but go in with an open mind and dont expect perfection.

What a unique idea! The couples massage chairs were fabulous! From the mood lighting, ocean sounds, fan and of course the massage! An hour of bliss and we both feel so much better! Highly recommended and to me, much more relaxing and comfortable than a stranger touching me and being most naked in a cold room! 😆

Not a good experience at all. Poor location, they unlock the door to the room remotely, and you have to do everything yourself as far as setup (although they will assist via phone), the room is too warm, no music (they do have faint ocean sounds), you have to wonder if these chairs ever actually get cleaned because they expect you to be the employee and wipe down the chair. My chair had rips in it, definitely was not the quality I was expecting. We couldn't relax, the chairs were not comfortable. We just gave up and left before our session was over. This is a racket. Buy a couple of chairs, rent a cheap room, provide zero on-site staff. Save your money, go use the one in the mall for a buck.
