It was our first time there, taking our rescue cat for vaccination booster. Waiting room was quiet with a designated cat area. We were seen on time by a friendly vet who was calming to the cat and informative for us. She made the whole process far less stressful than I expected.

As others have said,I feel like the priority for this place is making money and not doing what is best for your pet. Recommend to find somewhere else.

Amazing saw my cat very quickly and he was given treatment that was very effective. Special shout out to Rosie the vet and Ginny in reception, but all staff very friendly and helpful. Cost was very reasonable indeed.

This is a lovely, very welcoming veterinary surgery and we always get the impression the staff care about the animals a great deal. The reception area has a special section just for cats which is great as our cat gets very nervous going to the vets. The nurses and vets we have seen so far have all been lovely, and very thorough during the examinations. We are members of the Pet Health Club which is great and means our cat gets regular check-ups providing peace of mind. I’ve used two vet practices in Bristol and this is, by far, the nicest.
