I have been working with Zhou Agency for over 10 years, and they are the most professional and attentive team I have ever encountered. From auto insurance at the very beginning to later property purchases, sales, and management, they have helped me resolve many issues every step of the way. They always think things through on my behalf and provide very practical and well-reasoned advice. Since I am usually based in China, Yue has handled almost everything related to property management without requiring any involvement from me. She has extensive experience in property management, and I can fully trust her to take care of my properties. Without their support, it would have been very difficult for me to invest in real estate in Chicago.

I have been working with Zhou Agency for several years now to manage my rental property in Chicago, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Specifically, Yue has been an absolute joy to work with. Andrew Tong was a senior accountant at Zhou Agency that we had the pleasure of working with for our 2024 business and personal tax filings! Andrew was EXCELLENT to work with! He was very, very patient and thorough to go over all of our taxes, explain patiently each filings, instruct us on what to do. He even helped save an additional $10K by advising to file an abatement! Though tax preparation is expensive, we still plan to utilize Andrew's help in 2025 for our businesses b/c of the complexities!
