6 months ago After many generations of our family had been customers of NML for over 60 years with a proactive agent and financial advisor office, the current NML practices leave families to wade through the complexities of their financial products without a clear path or remedy when they need it most. Communications from NML are not proactive and leave families at risk after they use the recommended financial products. Although some NML agents initially help, they ultimately decide to leave it up to the home office with no way to remedy what is going wrong.
