After the dealership prices kept escalating, I decided to check out Zia Automotive for scheduled maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. This decision was also based on body work that Zia expertly provided a month prior. Brendan had the mechanic go through the truck's systems, sent me photos of the inspection items, recommended which items need servicing, and kept me updated re: the cost (which was very reasonable) and when I could pick up the Tundra. Am I pleased? My wife is bringing her Toyota Prius to Zia Automotive next week, instead of bringing it to the dealership.

I had gone to a different garage, a. Dealership service and Zia Auto was the people who figured out the true problem with my 2018 Honda accord. Fixed it quick for a good price with great customer service from Chuck. I recommend to save time and money by going to Zia first.

Had my Tacoma taken there after my drivers side ball joints snapped. Excellent communication and explanation of diagnosis. They did a thorough diagnostic and it was decided to replace the front suspension in full as the truck has 210k on the original parts. They also resealed a transmission leak, and installed rear shocks. It’s Like having a new truck! Pricing was fair and invoice was detailed and explained upon pickup. Thanks to Joshua and Andrew for taking good care of my truck. Zia is our shop from now on!

My 2017 Honda Accord Sport was in need of a major make over. It basically runs brand new now. I was given a quote and warranty guarantee of 3 yrs. I paid cash and got a discount. I received a ride home and back to pick up my car. There was 1 1/2 pages of work that had to be completed and it was ready to go by the 3rd business day. No cheesy sales associates just straight up friendly but professional employees. As a woman, I felt safe doing business there. Josh R was exceptional in easing my anxiety by reassuring me the team would take care of my car and they did! My car had to stay an extra day because I was out of town and Zia made sure to keep my car inside the business gates safe. Some people might think their prices run a little on the high end but I’m vouching for this Company!!! Every penny spent there is worth it!!!
