Service was great. We had a clog in the trap for our sewer line late at night and needed someone to fix it fast before it overflowed into the house. They called after they saw us schedule for the next morning and asked if we needed someone right away and we did. Sent over Preston and he did amazing, identified the issue and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Will absolutely call again.

I called on a Sunday night and they were able to get someone over the next day for a toilet valve replacement. The person I spoke with on the phone to book the appointment was extremely nice and was flexible with scheduling as we were trying to work around work schedules. Aaron, the tech who was sent out was absolutely FABULOUS. Extremely helpful, explained everything in detail and also explained what options we had in regards to solving the issue. He also was a very personable and friendly person, which is rare nowadays! If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely be calling Zoom Drain, and requesting Aaron.
