The spa is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax the moment you walk in. I tried zuma after hitting the gym and I definitely recommend it 100%. In my opinion, recovery is part of the training process as well so I prioritize recovery. Next day my soreness decreased therefore I can perform at my optimal level of training. On my days off I go to relax and recharge for the next training session.

I had an amazing experience at Zuma Recovery Spa! From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, relaxing, and very professional. I went in feeling sore and tense, and left feeling completely refreshed. A huge shoutout to Juan Martinez — he really helped me out. He took the time to explain everything, listened to what I needed, and guided me through the recovery process step by step. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping people feel better. After the session, I noticed a big difference in my mobility and overall soreness. If you’re looking for real recovery, not just a typical spa day, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
