I don't like it when customers are ignored. There's a lack of communication. You shouldn't lie to customers. Furthermore, the employee thinks someone doesn't understand other languages, so I'll give them that one star for inappropriate language. Especially since in this case, they work as a subcontractor and the order was transferred from a large company. This is my opinion of this company. Maybe they'll improve things after this, but not for me.
Nicholas from Techfix managed to not only find and fix a fault in the upstairs lighting ring, but he did it despite 3 other electricians failing and giving up. This man, no word of exaggeration, is a legend. Many thanks from the family!
At 3:15 am this morning I called on Techfix as I had no power at all. I was really impressed with the service. He arrived at my house within half an hour fix the problem and gone by 4:30 am and I had all my power back on. Very kind and polite will definitely use them again hopefully not for that problem though Thank you, Sue
Utterly superb. Nicholas and his team were tasked with helping us transform our outdoor space at home by providing electrics to our cabin and gazebo. Right from the outset Nicholas was the absolute best; really friendly and professional, with an extremely clear and reasonable quote, great communication and he even helped us to make choices about what lights, cables and junction boxes to pick to get the look of our space right. When it came to working on site; Nicholas and Rash were incredibly polite, efficient and a pleasure to have around. To say we are delighted with the results is an understatement-thanks to Techfix Electric we've got an outdoor cinema room and power to an outdoor cooking space all in the style we wanted with industrial style fittings such as black junction boxes and brushed chrome light fixtures. All our friends and family have commented on how amazing it all looks and it really is down to Nicholas and Rash and the pride they took in their work. We couldn't recommend Techfix Electric enough and they are the only electricians we'd ever use in future.
Had a job to mount two TVs and hide all wires and cables in the wall. Nicholas did a great job and kept me informed through the entire process. Worked late to help finish the job around my diary. Highly recommended.
