This was my fourth year renting out Urban Air for my Christmas client appreciation event, and they continue to exceed my expectations every time. The facility is always clean, fun, and well-organized, and the customer service is outstanding, which makes hosting a large event so easy. A special shoutout to Savannah, the party coordinator—she is truly top-notch and goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. I love hosting my event here and already look forward to many more years to come. Highly recommend!
My son and I visited this location yesterday for the first time(we’d only ever been to the Overland Park location) and I was blown away by the amazing customer service and kindness of the employees. Three employee’s in particular- MC, Zivan, and Taylor, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good visit. This is our new favorite location that we’ll be coming to, it was also much cleaner than the Overland Park location. Highly recommend.
Hosted a birthday party. Staff were nice, party host was new and trying his best. Overall facilities were as clean as you'd expect a kid place to be. Nothing extra gross. Lots of different activities to choose from, and kids seemed to really enjoy it. Kids we took aged from 6-13, and they all had a blast. I have a headache, lol.
Took my 2 yr old here for the first time. I really liked that it was friendly enough for her to enjoy. Staff were so sweet and helpful. However there’s a BUT! That place is by far the most disgusting place for kids to play. In the ball pit I never came out of there without candy (chocolate) and wrappers stuck to my pants. The tubes and tunnels were black from never being wiped down. The netting in that area is so loose and unstable I’m surprise it’s up to code for safety. I can’t tell you the amount of scratches I have from how the zip ties are cut and sharp edges sticking out. One on the mats actually put a hole in my leggings. For this place not being in the area for very long it’s really gross and not well taken care of. I’ll reiterate the staff are great and they do patrol the floor making sure there rules are followed but they need to clean from top to bottom. The one on Metcalf is so much cleaner and equipment is definitely more safe for the kiddos.
We had the best time! I didn’t book a party but we had a party there. The manager was definitely going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The staff was friendly everything was open. I even shared our cupcakes with them. The kids enjoyed themselves the whole night. I love this location and everytime we come they do not disappoint. And we will definitely be back!
