Just had overalls of our heating and cooling systems, as well as attic insulation. Derek worked on our systems and thoroughly explained what was needed and why. He then explained the cost and made sure we were satisfied with it. He was very professional and courteous and there was no pressure. He completed the work on time and there were no surprises. We would definitely have Plumbsmart and Derek maintain our systems in the future. We also had insulation installed in the attic and the two men who did the work were also very professional and courteous. They worked for several hours and showed us pictures of the work they did as well as a thorough job of cleaning up. They were a credit to any company.

We Use Plumb Smart for everything from Plumbing, heating and cooling, and their remodeling Service. Today was heating and cooling. I appreciate the fact that I get the same technician each time and that he’s familiar with my system. He’s always on time, ready to go to work, and always available to answer my questions no matter how small they may be. I appreciate the fair pricing for the work that’s done. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.
NEW PROBLEM December 8, 2025 Hot Water heater and Flow Tech Max My water alarm alerted me to water around base of 20+ year old heater last night at 7PM. I called PlumbSmart at 7:05PM And asked for the next morning. They gave me a window 8-10 but Brian was on the way before 8! Great Job Brian is Highly Recommended. Very professional and excellent plumber. Thanks again!!! December update and new encounter Derek did a very thorough and detailed tuneup of the AC/heat pump for winter. Replaced a burnt contact. Great Job! Plumbsmart glad I found you! You took care of our home’s less than 5 year old AC, and our lives are back to normal. All in less than 8 hours!!! They fixed the disaster I found myself in! Having bought a brand new AC system in October 2020 from a vendor through Costco I called the company I had paid over $10,000. After sitting in a home without AirConditioning for 7 hours in the Arizona heat, a senior citizen like myself finds life threatening. The Technician finally arrived, but the one sent was dishonest. He not only put coolant into a leaking compressor, but overcharged me literally over a $1,000. He didn’t tell me the coolant would leak out. He didn’t offer a new compressor immediately either. His primary concern when he entered my home was my air filter. He said it was wrong. I told him I bought it at Costco. He was selling new ones in his truck for $300.00. Fortunately I found PlumbSmart and called them. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely helpful and cared about our major environmental issues. Two great and honest technicians came out, diagnosed the problem, found a compressor under Warranty, drove to Phoenix in rush hour traffic for the new compressor drove all the way back, and installed it at 5 pm the same day. They didn’t leave until after 8 pm. The less than 5 year old AC bought at Costco finally works properly. Neither complained my air filter was wrong. Neither slowed down or cut corners in the installation, EVEN though they worked 10+ hours that day. Our home is now on the family plan at PlumbSmart. Our future needs will be addressed to them. I highly recommend PlumbSmart for their honesty, integrity, and caring commitment towards their customers. Thank you!!!
We were happily surprised that Plumsmart would service us so quickly and on a Saturday. We received text with appt confirmation and then when tech would arrive and then Michael phoned us to give us time he would arrive. That was so appreciated as others don’t always do that. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem with the bathtub faucet leak and immediately was off to get the needed parts. Unfortunately it was late on Saturday so options were slim. He ordered parts and will come back the following workday to complete repair. We’ve been using Plumbsmart’s for many years and they provide excellent service with a fair price. I highly recommend them.
