Jacob was awesome, helped make our first experience at Sullivan's marvelous. We had the special, lobster and a 32 Oz steak. Medium well was closer to well but still amazing. Great atmosphere. Great to feel like it's worth it when you splurge.

Steak was bad. Microwave/electric burner stove top type of steak unfortunately. No sear, tasted boiled. See the image. Sides were really good. Service was also incredible. Everything was great except the steak, which is unfortunate… as it’s a steakhouse…

Bitly was our waiter and he was awesome! Very attentive and detailed on all our options. The food was amazing as well. Steaks cooked perfect. Everything came out quickly. Our first time here and will be back.

Jacob did an amazing service! We really appreciate it! However, we got a little bit disappointed that greatly grilled steak and scallop were actually way too salty to finish them up. I hope this will be great feedback to improve the quality of this restaurant. I will come back next time to see improvement. Thanks anyway.

Everything was great especially the steak, crab and shrimp!! My only complaint is the price for the seafood tower was not listed and it ended up being $150 which is overpriced. Other than that excellent service very comfortable atmosphere and really nice servers! Thank you for the birthday card!
