My experiences at Bailey’s and working Paul Hodges is outstanding. Paul is phenomenal. He helped me pick out my engagement ring and knew what would look best on me. He made the process quick and effortless. By far the best experience and I would give him a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! I brought in a silver hoop earring that had broken to the service dept on Tuesday, Dec. 16th. I purchased the earrings at Bailey's last year. Caity and the repair team were able to fix the earring within 5 minutes because I had all the pieces. Amazing! I've had other jewelry repaired there as well and the quality of the work and turnaround time is incredible. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!
Rich Nobrega gave me the best experience in designing the perfect wedding band. He made every step seamless and made me feel validated in my design. He kept me at ease even though I was based in another state. I couldn’t recommend working with him and Bailey’s fine jewelry more. I hope to work with them again for future pieces!
The staff at Baileys always made us feel welcome. Very warm and kind. Megan knew us on sight the second time we came in to pick up the ring enhancer. So glad that I am officially one of twelve who have this beautiful piece of jewlery to enhance a ring that already means so much to this Meredith graduate. Anyone other Meredith Angel's that want to help make their Onyx shine a little brighter, I highly recommend the Iris Ring Enhancer. We set a time to come in and see Paul, to help my son purchase a Brackish bowtie. Before a visit, Paul took the time to take photos and videos of the inventory, my son picked out what he was Looking for. Paul was extremely helpful and so knowledgeable about everything. And he actually showed my son a few watches that he was interested in and will probably get for his birthday! I cannot recommend Bailey’s and Paul Hodges enough.
