I like going to the bookstore. Barnes and Noble always has a good selection of books. My past experiences with customer service have all been pleasant. I only wish that they had a larger selection of discount books and possibly even a used books area for older books.
The Starbucks Cafe employee with red and purple hair was so amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the menu and all the drinks and helped me pick out what I wanted when I was unsure. For sure the best customer service I've gotten anywhere!
You can tell the people that work there really love books. And so happy that we still have an actual freestanding bookstore. I was able to reserve my books online and pick them up very easy peasy.
Clean, organized and so many choices to select from. There's something for everybody. I was especially impressed with the children's section as they took the time to place similar items to accompany the books nearby which makes gift buying a breeze.
Everybody is really helpful and sweet! They have some graphic novels I've been looking for for forever, and a really extensive Lego selection which is awesome. The coffee shop is very good, very tasty treats. The green haired barista knows literally everything lol, it was so fun talking with them about the drinks and pastries. They took extra care with my gluten free dessert since I have celiac disease. I love this place! I wish I had more money lol
