I had several conversations with Fast Water Heating; they navigated me through several of my options. I ended up choosing to replace my unit. The tech came and was able to assess the area. We chose a unit that fit and was installed the next day. They provided a timeframe for which they would arrive and called when they were on their way. The install went great, and the technician was efficient and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and maintained a clean working environment to ensure my rugs, etc., were not impacted. All in all, for having to have my water heater replaced, it was a good experience.
Pablo was the Technician who installed our 3 toilets, he found out the CPVC valves were leaking and he replace 4 them yesterday 2/3/2024. We appreceiated his professionalism, curtsey, kindness, respect, genuine and knowledge he shared during his visit to our hours. We learned so much from him during the visit he was going on fixing the above items. He represents Fast Water Heatea Company well.
I chose this company because it appeared when I searched “Rheem water heater repair,” which made me believe they were reliable or affiliated. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Technician Richard Egge charged $380.71, but the same problem returned shortly after. The company refused a free re-inspection and demanded more money instead. I had no choice but to replace my water heater entirely. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
I was able to get Fast Water Heater out on a Saturday, one day after my existing water heater went out after 18 years of service. They had my water heater size/preference in stock and Chris installed it smoothly and professionally. The end to end experience was top notch, I highly recommend.
Caleb showed up incredibly fast. He assessed the situation and let me know what needed to be done to get everything done right. These guys treated our BnB property with respect and got the job done quickly and correctly. Caleb even gave me a chance to replace the drywall behind the water heater that was wet from my old water heater.
