I was so excited to visit coming from Houston Texas only to experience the worst customer service was barely even greeted there was a group of 4 girls that were working wasn’t sure which actually were employees there just gossiping the whole time about their love life’s 3 other families walked in they as well barely greeted all of us walked out and bought nothing the girls not once asked if we needed any type of help etc it was like we were not in the store at all . As well as the jewelry felt like amazon cheap jewelry something I was not expecting.
I had such a great shopping experience!! Joined by my husband and dog Taylor, we shopped candles, hats and jewelry, stopping in at the start of our Nashville vacation. I realized later in the week that 1 necklace wasn't enough so we went back later in the week for more. The staff were super friendly, warm, helpful and welcomed Taylor with open arms! I bought 3 more pieces to complete my collection! I have loved wearing all of it, it's gorgeous and on the affordable side. Ally helped us both days, loved her! A definite must stop jewelry destination! Beautiful store!
This was a must-stop at store for my daughter, and she went inside with her friends. The employees are awesome! Even though I didn't go in, they gave my daughter a small bottle of water for me! I thought that was super nice. As my daughter and one friend bought a bunch of things, including perfume, the staff even sent out another water for me. Kudos to them for being so thoughtful!
Loved this cute jewelry boutique! Found this adorable ring that came in gold and silver! Had a hard time deciding which color so I got both and they look gorgeous together! Went for their Black Friday sale.
I’m from Chicago and I was in Nashville for my birthday last weekend. As soon as I walked in the store, both Trevor and Julie greeted me with smiles and kindness. I bought my first zodiac necklace as a bday gift to myself :) I will never forget my experience at Uncommon James and I’m so happy I was treated SO SPECIAL all thanks to Trevor and Julie.
