We have a home that was all set to go on the market when a late housing inspection came up with a half a dozen little chores that needed to be performed before we could sell. Christian showed up and immediately fixed everything from electrical to maintenence to repainting. I was very pleased. And also a little surprised because I never called him. He just showed up and began fixing stuff. But since he was fast and efficient and reasonable, I let him be. I would highly recommend him for any work needed around a home. And you don't even have to call him. Just rub a lamp and he'll appear. Gary J.

Christian quoted me a reasonable price to change out a Bathroom faucet, pop-up drain, and water lines. He showed up on time and was very meticulous and careful in removing the old faucet/drain assembly (making sure that he was disassembling it the right way), and installing the new faucet/drain assembly (carefully reading and following the instruction manual). He would also intermittently explain to me what his next steps would be, and answered all my questions very patiently and thoughtfully, which I really liked. And what's more, I didn't have to buy any new plumbing parts like a new p-trap either (the O-ring on one of the connections was not that good, but he went ahead and just used good old fashioned teflon tape to resolve any leak issues :) ), big thumbs-up there! He finished in a reasonable amount of time (~2 hours), and made sure our pedestal sink was properly sitting and was aligned on the tiled floor without wobbling. I also talked to him about our leaking windows, which he promptly advised me what to do. I appreciate Christian' advice and professionalism in addressing any of my concerns and would definitely recommend him to others.

Christian did some odd jobs around my apartment, and (very) securely installed a window air conditioner unit. My apartment building is very old, but Christian had great knowledge about how it was put together. He communicated any challenges before he did the work, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Well I had a dilemma that needed to be handled both quickly and professionally. So like other homeowners, I looked up ‘handyman’ to sand countertops after a blotch job. There I found a friendly smile and trust-looking handyman. I called and explained the work and timing which it had to get done - two days. Christian was very encouraging and we got it done in one day. Christian sanded my kitchen countertop as well as fixed a few other things. The kitchen countertop looks fantastic. Then 2-days later I discovered dry-rot, I called Christian and he was willing to come over after regular business hours and once again repaired the area. Christian is your man for handy-work, professional, friendly, great smile and great listener and solution solver and fair pricing. I recommend him - big time!!! A god-send!!
