Specifically at this location, I was able to get in to be seen pretty quickly. However, I felt the process of getting me out of there was the same vibe. Just get through me quickly. You're just a number there. You're not a someone. I came with the intention to request bloodwork. I called and talked with a receptionist at a different location to ask questions about the process, and if they do blood labs. The individual didnt let me know they dont do annual wellness checks. My question then is, what is the purpose of going the an urgent care for a Physical then? This doesnt compute. I felt pretty ticked off when the NP told me they won't do blood labs for me. Also requested to see if I could prescribed an oral anti fungal med. They only prescribe topical. Oral is meant for annual wellness. So what this boils down to, is that there really is no "CARE" in a urgent care. Its only, what can they put a bandaid on and hope it will go away on its own type of care. Not a good experience for me this time around. Im sorry, but the lady who is the NP that seen me talked like a loud monotone robot. No emotion or human connection. Quick fast, get out, so they can move on to the next. This is why the health system in this country is a joke. Insurance is a scam and a waste of any taxpayers monetary support.

The staff is friendly and kind. I was a walk in made an appointment for a few hours later, I was able to go home until I received a text. Once I returned I was in and out with efficiency in less than an hour. (With X-rays) The location is clean and welcoming. The 4 star is for the Technology, I received the the text with place in line and update my information, that didn’t happen (not on the staff) had to redo it at the time of physical check in. I do have a referral, I do wish that information was made available on the summary so I could reach out to the next provider myself after a few days.

While I disliked why I needed to go to the MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care on Ruston Way, I attest that I had amazing care. The two office staff were hands down amazing. Two of the sweetest people you'll encounter (I'd hang out out with them outside of that setting, seriously great). One of them took me back to start the process themselves, that's S-tier service in my opinion. To the provider that gave me hands on 1:1 care and advice, perfect. I couldnt have thought up a better scenario and outcome. The lad that gave me my tetanus vaccine, super chill dude and perfect technique. My final take, if you're injured, sick, need medical advice, come here if you can. Great staff and service. Lovely place.

I was able to make an appointment for urgent care, so happy. Once there was greeted with friendly care. Wait was not very long, once inside the patient room it was pretty quick Doctor went through what my symptoms were and did an exam to see what I had informed, really explained the medication prescription, very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and caring. Thank you

Went fast and easy, they offered an X-ray without me asking, and prescribed all medications needed. The nurse who helped me even said she didnt know wether or not imaging would agree with her, and gave me antibiotics for the illness anyways just to be safe. Highly recommend going to this location. Ive been sick for almost two weeks and im back on track to feeling better.
