I’ve used them twice. The first time, they were great. From the front desk to the techs to the vet. I could really tell they cared for my dog and they weren’t trying to get money out of me. However, the second time wasn’t as great. The front desk and the techs were great. They loved on my dog so well and I felt okay with them in his care. The vet not so much. I brought my dog in for a possible impaction. The vet spent 10 minutes telling me my dog is overweight before even getting to my concern. I tried explaining that he sees his regular vet monthly and all diet things are watched by that vet, just trying to get past that and get to the main issue. She responded with “you came here for my opinion”. Yes I did about a possible impaction not to waste time about his weight. It made me feel as his best interest weren’t the priority at the moment and made me uncomfortable.
THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC (I've had bad experiences with other businesses in order to have this range of comparison). I was recommended here because my dog's PCP vet couldn't squeeze her in. It was quick and easy to book a same day appointment online. From the moment I walked in, all staff members I encountered were welcoming, patient, and accommodating for my dog and myself. Everything was clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The care my dog received was thorough and I felt as if they truly cared about her comfort and health. I wasn't able to follow all of the recommendations due to $ (the pricing was not outrageous, especially for an urgent care, but it is Christmas time), but I wasn't made to feel guilty or ashamed. Amanda was very sweet and understanding. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for urgent pet needs. Hope my baby stays well, but if not, I know where I'm coming in case of an emergency.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinary urgent care. Our family recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our ferret to sleep. To many, she might have “just been a ferret,” but to us, she was a deeply loved part of our family. We had called around to several vets, and none would see her—until we found this place. It was late at night and from the moment I called, they were kind, gentle, and compassionate. They told us to come in right away. When my husband arrived, they immediately took him to a room and never once made him put her down, he was able to hold her the entire time. The staff treated her and us with such tenderness and respect. They even packaged her so carefully afterward, made a little nose print and paw print for our daughters, and a few weeks later, we received the sweetest sympathy card in the mail. In one of the hardest moments our family has faced, they showed us so much care and compassion. I’ll forever be grateful for the way they treated us and our sweet girl. Thank you to the entire staff!!
They were amazing! The doctor was calm, chill and caring. He didn’t rush and took the time to explain what was going on/treatment options and addressed my concerns. Best animal urgent care I’ve ever been to and Dr. Scott Rizzo was amazing, it was obvious he truly cared about my cat. I have already recommended them to family. Btw-Nancy was amazing too! If you need urgent care this is the best care around!!
Yesterday was one of the hardest days I’ve lived, My senior dog needed attention, which sadly was the end of life care. Thank you to the staff for walking us through end of life care for my beloved Mia. Your caring and compassion at one of my family’s darkest moments was much appreciated. I am greatly I got to be there for her first breath and her last.
