Am I XNhi?
The pastry selection at #1000 is exactly my kind of thing. If you like Korean–Japanese style bakes with chewy textures and flavours like earl grey, matcha, and red bean, this place is basically heaven. I’m obsessed with the Matcha Mochi Adzuki Bagel: rich, nutty red bean filling, chewy mochi in the centre, and a soft, slightly chewy bagel. It’s also not overly sweet, so even a big portion doesn’t feel heavy. Prices are very reasonable too.

Honestly, the cube croissants here keep getting smaller and smaller every time I visit. It’s quite disappointing because they used to be much bigger before. On top of that, the quality of the blueberries has clearly gone downhill as well. It feels like the price stays the same but the portion and quality keep getting worse. I really hope they improve this because it’s not the same as it used to be.
