They were great! I had a water heater crisis on a Sunday afternoon and they were at my house within 45 minutes! The technician was great and easy to communicate with. Very professional. They diagnosed and fixed the water heater within an hour. Highly recommend.

They did a great job, they were clear on their communication and pleasant to deal with, I really recommend Brandon and the team. Adding to this review… The u bend developed a leak a few days later which was not the plumber‘s fault, some of the components I think were old or not sealed properly. However, the team came back promptly the next day and graciously fixed the problem. Prompt service and thoughtful follow up is the best you can ever ask for!

Alex was Incredible!!! He was able to come within 15 minutes of calling him and gave me a quote over the phone! Every other plumber I called refused to give me a quote of the phone and gave me a response time that varied between a few hours and or days! It was a relief to work with someone who answers their own calls, rather than have an annoying call center, and got the job done within an hour. Alex unclogged a clogged drain and 2 sinks for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this company

Very happy with the work and service from 24/7 Rooter/Conover Plumbing. Work was done quickly & efficiently and price was very fair. They helped us upgrade to a water heater, that was the correct size for our house and added a recirculator so that hot water was more easily available in our main bathroom. Even though he ended up not being eligible for any state rebates, we knew our water heater would not last long and are very happy it has been replaced. Alex and his crew will be our go to for plumbing needs from now on.

I had Alex and his team to come in and do some work for my kitchen sink. It had been neglected for years and a recent leak that happened a while ago did a lot of damage to it. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. It is very easy to set up an appointment with them and they came in on time ! I am very happy with the results. Photos before and after were attached.
