Then I called a big-name company to hydrojet it, and even they couldn’t get it done. My clay main line had shifted with major root intrusion in multiple spots. They told me my only option was to dig up the entire line and break up my driveway. I did my own research and learned about the trenchless pipe-bursting technique. I have no idea why the other companies didn’t mention it, but that’s when I found GR Plumbing — and after seeing their reviews, I gave them a call. Now I see why they’re rated so highly. His team showed up before the start time with their equipment, explained everything step-by-step, and got right to work. Before I knew it, they were digging, showed me the shifted section of the line, and started preparing the entry and exit pits for the trenchless pipe bursting. Let me tell you — the entire team was professional, polite, and fully hands-on deck. When I say team, I mean they had a full roster working on my house. The project was completed much sooner than I expected, and the best part? Gonzalo made sure we had a functional restroom the entire time. We’ve been having issues with our main line and ended it up being a big job. We got several estimates and decided to go with GR as his was very honest/reasonable. The day of the job they showed up on time and quickly got to work. They explained the process before and throughout the day. It was a big trench less job where they had to take care of a section in front of the house and a second from the house to the street. The team worked well together and were very professional. Sections were lined, holes were filled and the cement was smoothed out. I’ve heard of this type of job taking 2 days and GR did it in one.

We thank GR Pluming Gonsalo and his professional team to save our restaurant’s nightmare plumbing problems. We used to have very frequent clogging issues to a point we could not clear the pipe any more. We called GR Pluming for emergency help. Gonsalo contacted me in a few minutes after I contacted their office to schedule an appointment to come over to check. He showed up as he was scheduled. We thought our pipes were just filled up with heavy grease and oil, however we learned we had more serious plumbing issues (main and other sewer lines needs to be replaced) then we thought from Gonsalo’s inspections.
