My experience at 2nd chance fitness has always been amazing and what keeps us motivated other than the environment created by the coaches, are the challenges that they create to keep us moving, become competitive within our selves and most importantly challenge us to become better. I participated in the little black dress challenge which was a 6 week challenge to gain strength, muscle, lose fat and focus not only on consistent training but also to focus on our diet. Coach Grayland has been the best supporter. He helped me create consistent diet & training. I have never felt more confident in myself after this challenge! It was an amazing opportunity to help me gain more knowledge on the lifestyle we should have when we put in the time to consistently workout. I recommend 2nd chance fitness and all its events/challenges to anyone! 10/10!!

I found this gym on a whim. I had lost myself and needed something that was missing from my life. The minute I walked in I felt at home. I instantly met friends who soon became family. I was out of shape and needed accountability and found it. From the trainers to the people I work out with it was instant. I work harder than I ever have and have the results to show it. This gym is my home and I am forever grateful for it. You will not be disappointed at all.
I love this gym!!! When I started here at the gym a few years ago I felt like my fitness was at a standstill. I felt like I couldn't lose weight no matter what I did. For about the first 3-4 days, my body was so sore I could hardly move! But with just a few weeks going consistently, I started seeing results. A combination of their workout for just 30 (hardcore) minutes and eating right really did it for me! The trainers are super friendly, motivating, and ready to go through your fitness journey with you. I highly recommend this gym!
