My experience at 2nd chance fitness has always been amazing and what keeps us motivated other than the environment created by the coaches, are the challenges that they create to keep us moving, become competitive within our selves and most importantly challenge us to become better. I participated in the little black dress challenge which was a 6 week challenge to gain strength, muscle, lose fat and focus not only on consistent training but also to focus on our diet. Coach Grayland has been the best supporter. He helped me create consistent diet & training. I have never felt more confident in myself after this challenge! It was an amazing opportunity to help me gain more knowledge on the lifestyle we should have when we put in the time to consistently workout. I recommend 2nd chance fitness and all its events/challenges to anyone! 10/10!!

I tried it back in 2022 for a 6 weeks challenge and had so much fun! Fast forward to 2023, I had 2 foot surgeries and once I was cleared to walk again and for physical activity, I struggled with basic walking and going on my tip toes. I knew I needed to move my body and start losing the extra weight I gained when I was immobile for 8 months post op so I decided to go back to 2nd chance because remembered how the trainers cam modify workouts! I had ZERO balance and I wasn't comfortable even jumping. anyways, after 3 months of going consistently not only was I shedding a fee pounds, more importantly I was able to walk straight and do jumping jacks!! The trainers also help with meal plans so now after 9 months, Im able to walk barefoot, RUN, and I'm down over 30 pounds. 2nd Chance Fitness helped mw with more than my fitness, they changed my lifestyle and made me better.
