I’ve been trying out different Pilates studios since moving to the Arlington area, just trying to find one that actually fits me… and so far I’m really liking Eras 🤍 this was my 5th visit. I can actually feel my muscles working with intention (which I love). I’ve been taking the early morning Arms & Abs class with Selena and she’s been great. The pace is perfect; not too fast, not too slow. She’s really intentional with breath work and cues, which makes such a difference. Compared to other places I’ve tried… one didn’t feel like a workout at all 😅 and another was so fast paced I couldn’t even catch my breath. It felt more exhausting than effective, and I was pausing more than actually moving. I’m planning to try a Power Flow class soon and hoping I love it just as much as Arms & Abs ✨

Have been coming since December and absolutely fallen in love with the space and instructors. I’ve never been one to enjoy working out until I came here. Give it a try! 🤍

As someone who has done Pilates regularly for a year and a half. I love this studio!! I was sad to leave my old studio, but the drive was too far. I’m so happy to find local studio that exceeded my expectations. I love the aesthetic, but also they put you to work!!! Lastly, I love how they have a barre room. Really great place.

UPDATE : since owner wants to ALSO leave out important context. The reason why I stopped going is BECAUSE of the rude and entitled behavior of the owner making faces and being annoyed at a student that needed more help than others as she was new and was her first class and wanted to try it out since she was still postpartum. I was in shock seeing her huff and puff when the instructor would stop and help her. After class ended, I asked the instructor if that was the owner to gain clarification on something I already knew and she replied “yes, that’s the owner” and as far as other reviews that have had the similar experience and situations, we cannot all be the problem. So thank you for replying but also state ALL the facts. As far as my “collection” I’m not worried about that, thank you for your concern. I used to love this place , went almost every day and loved the instructors…. Until I met the owner.. she was so rude and entitled so I decided to not continue to give my money to this business anymore, it was such a disappointment. There are far better pilates studios than this one. P.S, the owner is very money hungry… save your money ladies and try going somewhere else.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this place made me feel like I needed to warn others. I loved Eras Pilates at first, the aesthetics and the instructor Joss were great. But after a few red flags and changes to my schedule, I decided to cancel. I followed their own cancellation policy by emailing more than 3 days before my billing date. The next day they replied asking me to fill out a form (which is not mentioned anywhere in their policy) and still went ahead and charged me. When I pointed that out, they said the form was submitted out of their requested submission time. When I pointed out that that’s not what’s stated on their waiver and that I wanted my cancellation to be honored they ignored my emails. Fast forward three months — they’re still trying to charge my card and claim I owe over $400, saying I have to pay before they can “officially cancel.” So they can keep piling up money. It’s beyond frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional. Be careful before signing up — they do not honor their own policies.
