I started about a month ago at 30 minute hit and its been amazing. The trainer's really follow you through all the steps with tips and tricks. You can sign in and follow the sound of the bells to remember what to do when. The pictures on the wall help at reminders if you choose to go through by yourself. Staff and owner are amazing, they actually really care about you and work with you. Always feel welcome, never judge and constant encouragement through the whole process. Not to mention the amazing gloves and wraps. They also have a little area of kiddos to sit and hangout while you work out, which is amazing for me! Definitely try it out!!! 😊
Came in for a trial class and had the best time ever! It's nothing like a regular gym, you actually feel the burn and it's only a 30 minutes workout! And the trainer is really nice, Jessica is the sweetest most encouraging person. Surely will be back.
I have been a member for 5 months now and this was the best investment I have ever made for myself. My mental and physical health have benefited and I actually enjoy showing up to the gym. Christy and her team are amazing - so kind, energetic and knowledgeable. They make every session fun and rewarding, ensuring they take the time to help you work on each station, your form, and showing new combinations/skills. The space itself is bright, welcoming and so clean. A huge bonus is the free parking! I am so glad I came in for a free trial and found 30 Minute Hit, and encourage others to do the same!
I really enjoyed my workout with Christy and Sara was wonderful! The circuit style of the workout is highly effective and it works your full body and the 30 minute time is more than enough to exercise your muscles and burn calories. I can’t recommend it enough. And they also provide you with different payment options to make it affordable for your budget. And there is a small space for your kids if you want to bring them along while you get your workout in. I am glad we have this in Kitchener now!
The owner, Christy, and Sara (another trainer) were really friendly. My friends and I went for a trial experience of the HIIT workouts. They took their time to explain each move so ensure we didn’t get injured. The workouts were intense and amazing for my body. I loved how they kept shouting encouragements at us, it kept me going. They also are very focused in building good community with the encouragement mirrors and walls. Ps: if you have a kid, they have a cute “baby jail” where they can wait for you to do the 30 mins work out. TLDR: it was amazing and very well thought out. Show up!
