TKO is a fantastic gym, whether you're brand new (like me) or a seasoned veteran of muay thai/MMA, as they offer beginner all the way to competitive. They are welcoming, as all staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're hesitant about trying it - don't be, just go for it!

I started training at TKO over 20 years ago and the quality of instruction, integrity and passion has only grown over the years. The owner is incredible and very involved in all aspects of his facility, but all of the trainers are great. These workouts will take you to a whole new level of fitness, even if you have zero previous skill or experience in the sport. I could not recommend it more, if you are interested in a high intensity workout, to learn kickboxing/muay Thai (and become an incredible fighter) or even if you're in search of an awesome community of people (and to get fit along the way), look no further, check it out today, it's the best muay Thai gym in the region by far.

If your interested in learning Muay Thai look no further, TKO is an amazing gym. All the coaches are amazing and go above and beyond to teach their students. All the staff an members are very approachable, friendly and helpful. Can't recommend it enough

If you are looking to learn Muay Thai, I can not recommend TKO enough. It really is an amazing gym. Head coach Kru Chris and coaches Aaron, Ifoma, John, Justin, and Taran all really care about trying to teach you correctly. They are all very approachable, and you can tell they are passionate about the sport. They offer training at all levels, from beginner, to intermediate, to advanced, and even train fighters if you're looking to compete. Even if you aren't necessarily interested in combat sports, attending class is a great way to get an intense workout in.

If you are someone like me who seriously hates traditional gyms and tedious workouts then sign up for Tko. The atmosphere is welcoming and the instructor is amazing! Tonight I had my first class and was pushed outside of my comfort zone. I did not feel judged and was really eager to learn the correct forms to complete the butt kicking exercises. I joined Muay Thai because I want to become a better version of myself and of course learn some cool fighting skills but honestly, the energy I felt tonight convinced me that I really can do it. If you want a safe space to workout and family type atmosphere then shoot them an email and try it out! I think they offer a free class, I am not sure.
