This is the second time we have trusted 4 legged Friends with our loved furbabies. They are consistently wonderful. Babies come home with the same temperament, smelling good and happy. Will continue to use their amazing team to care for our babies when we are away.

I am so disappointed with how they handled a situation that happened with my dog. He was clearly being attacked by another dog (I was watching the cameras) and the person in the room watched and then took my dog and put him in the kennel for a break. The other dog started attacking a different dog and they went and put the other dog in the kennel for a break. The aggressive dog never went for a break. I’m pretty much watched the camera all day today. The aggressive dog would run and jump on my dog or the black/white dog and begin biting their backs and throats. When I called, I was told this is “normal” dog behavior. The aggressive dog never was put in the kennel and allowed to jump in the other dog. I did not see any other dogs acting that way in that room. Just this one dog. It was disturbing and for the adult to either let it go on, for several minutes at a time, or put the poor dogs being attacked in a kennel for a break. You can see the adult is either video recording or taking photos, but never intervenes. I have several videos of this taking place all day long. I DO NOT recommend this place!

Utilized 4 Legged Friends for the first time for cat boarding. We selected the larger, cat condo option for 7 nights. We were able to take him to his room and get him set up upon arrival which I was not expecting and a welcome surprise! The staff followed feeding instructions and attended to our cat 3 times a day as promised. Webcam app was super easy to use and reliable. It did take about 36 hours for our cat to feel comfortable enough to come out of hiding so I was nervous at first but the staff was reassuring and went in to check on him when I called. I definitely recommend this facility and we will be using their services again soon.

Our 2 cats truly enjoyed their stay in their shared room with a view at 4 Legged Friends. It was important that they stay together, have a window and be able to bring their own food, beds and toys. The staff was very attentive, administered one cat's eye drops as directed and kept their litter box clean. We appreciated the app with the video camera so we could check on them any time. It made our vacation much less stressful knowing they were behaving and that they were in good hands. Great job 4 Legged Friends!

Sadie enjoyed her time there over the weekend. We felt at ease leaving her there, knowing she was safe and being loved on. They sent texts letting me know how she was doing, which I greatly appreciated. All the staff we met and came in contact with was amazing. Sadie said sorry she was being a bully the last day 😘 She came home one tired pup.
