Vincent was AWESOME. I'm a mechanical person and work in the automotive field. I diagnosed what I thought the issue was before he arrived and he listened intently, explained the entire system (not just the concern) and approached it as a family member would, balancing keeping the system to 100% and saving money. Vincent confirmed my diagnostic testing and was very competent. I have an A/C repair guy now and will recommend him to EVERYONE.
