We recently bought a home and The Sharon Ketko Group group happened to be the listing agent for the home. We did not know Sharon or her group prior to our purchasing our home, except for some interaction with her while we were searching to find our home at local open houses that we had attended and receiving her homes magazine in the mail. She was the listing agent for a few homes that we had found interest in and each home that she had listed was marketed in a way that made us call her to ask her if we could interview her when it came time to sell our own home. Our West Plano home meant a lot to us since we had poured a lot of love, sweat, and money into it. It was a complete renovation inside and out. Sharon was professional, articulate, focused and she was ready for our interview. After walking our 7000+ sqft home, she shared her appreciation of all that we had done to our home and all that we loved about it. We had agreement on sale price, how to list it, sell it and an estimated DOM that we both predicted. She nailed it!! She made it easy for us to have trust in her and her team to get the job done. Needless to say, a month after listing it, we sold that beautiful home of ours and Sharon and her team receive the highest marks, praise and referrals from us possible. Downsizing doesn't have to be difficult and having Sharon & Annick on the sell side for us, made us confident and relaxed. We had great communication and a smooth process from beginning to end. Sharon & Annick are extremely hard working, organized, connected and know the market very well. Sharon Ketko and team were excellent and professional in every way! We are so happy with this team, they handled the sale of my parents home with speed and expertise and held our hand every step of the way, even though we all had to move out of state before putting it on the market. As you can imagine, we were uneasy about leaving our empty house for sale, but they took care of everything. Sharon's recommendations were all spot on and she has great advice. The signing at closing out of town went smoothly and efficiently. Sharon's team are personable and patient and we can't imagine having a better outcome with anyone else. Do your research and then see that Sharon Ketko will do a great job as your agent!
